Pilates was incepted to meet the interest of a new generation of health-conscious youths. The Club’s pursuit of a vision of “Strong Core, Tough Mind” is based on the conviction that Pilates moves can vastly improve one’s overall health. The benefits reaped from Pilates are plenty. Correct posture, a strong core - flat abdominals and a strong back, an evenly conditioned body and increased flexibility all come with it.
